The school is in session nine months of the year, September through May, with vacations at Christmas and Easter scheduled in accordance with those of Akron's public schools.

Early Care and/or Late Care are available for children needing to arrive early or needing to remain after school. Care is available from 7:00am-9:00am and from 3:30pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Academy Drop off is at 8:30am to 8:45am, pick up is at 3:00pm to 3:15pm. Preschool drop off is at 9:00am to 9:15am, morning pick up at 12:30pm to 12:45pm and afternoon pick up is at 3:15pm to 3:30pm.
